The High-Tech-Mall is being built along a central inner development axis on an area of approx. 22,000 m². Young and existing companies from the field of biotechnology - as well as other high-tech sectors - can find a new location here which is tailored to their needs. Building units which can embrace several hundred square meters are being constructed on a modular basis and the interior fittings are agreed with the future user. The first building is already occupied and the second is available for individual finishing.
